That is correct FH, Air Atlanta is a ACMI operator in Europe that has Saudia as their client for over 30 years now. In the past they used to do regular scheduled flts but now it´s only Hajj and Umrah. They used to do it on the 747 but Saudia demanded newer a/c and so they’ve finally introduced the 777-300ER.
Base is Jeddah(they’ll fly u there at the start of your roster) and I guess they’ll be offering schedules like 21 on and 14 off or 24 on and 12 off. Don’t know much about the pay though. But please do remember all contracts are zero hours, so no work no pay, vacation no pay, sick no pay. Very straight forward agreement, you are not an employee, you are a contractor.
Currently they have too many pilots on the 747, they’re hoping more pilots leave in the coming months and are obviously hoping to recruit more 777 drivers. It is a company different from all others, so things are done in reverse here compared to the regular carriers. Good Luck.
