Worlwide contract on offer. The FO average starting pay is 300 USD per day plus 50 USD per day. For CPT the average starting pay is 400 USD per day. Actual pay to be determined according to experience and performance on the assessment and you're paid from the beginning of line training. Travel and accommodation to place of duty paid for by the company and the hotels are of good quality.
I think that after 300 days in the company you can apply for a fixed 3/2 roster.
It's a contractor position, so you have to look after your taxes. For some it can be interesting, for some not.

Two agencies available: Airborne (MHC Aviation) and Confair. Which of the two is the best?

Boas companheiro,

planning to resume PAX aircraft's

I won't be the HR at the moment, reviewing tons of CVs, even with guys saying they can fly for free in their cover letters.

Yes, they have 2 options.
  1. Loan from Atlanta Flight Academy (AFA) - Price is $30k - $500 installment each month for 3 years, then the remaining $12k is written off – you will end up by paying $18k for the rating. If you leave within 3 years you need to pay the remainder of the $30k.
  2. Price is $23k - an upfront payment of $15k is required. The remaining amount will be deducted monthly ($667 a month) from the monthly fee within a maximum of one year.

I believe during your rotation you can fly on all the operations. They all fly out LGG, FRA and two of them also out of HHN.

The Haji season has always been a busy period for Air Atlanta and a nice opportunity for their pilots to make come extra money with overtime pay (it applies above 65 hrs in a 30 day period).

Bear in mind that in case they don’t need you, they will not use you and you don’t get paid as you are essentially a day worker. Something to think about before you fork out for a typerating. The next couple of years should see plenty of work though for the 747F

Ciao Banana, may I ask how that works? Do you mean they fly you out of a port of your choice at the beginning of your rotation, put you in a hotel prior to duty, and then fly you back at the end of your rotation?

Thanks.

Lates news

At this moment I'm still waiting for Air Atlanta Icelandic to go over your details and test scores.
The assessment will take place the 7th,8th,9th,10th and 11th of June at EPST Utrecht the Netherlands.
Assessment will take you 1 full day.
The day will start with a short introduction of what you can expect.

• Technical Test (ATPL)
• Interview
• Simulator Assessment

Technical Test (ATPL)
This test will take half an hour. It consists of multiple choice questions. The question are ATPL.

Interview
The interview will be with Chief Pilot) and Director Crew Resources.
They will not make it difficult for you, but they just want to know you better. It’s like a conversation/chat.

Simulator Assessment
The Simulator Assessment will be done by:
Director Crew Training
They will check if you can fly by Raw data flying. This will be on a B737 NG Simulator.

As the assessment will be at EPST it will be a fixed based Simulator.

DID SOMEONE THE ATPL TEST WITH THE AGENT (Confair.....) ?

Overview

RMK : One of the ATC Audio file didn’t fit to the given answers .. make a Screen/Audio Recording for prove (recording program is included in WIN 10; Key : WIN+G) > send it to the AON support and publish your video :-)

There isn't any mark for pass or fail by AON.

tip : get 2 friends and solve them together! Teamwork :-)
