Indeed...Helicopter EMS Operations fall under US FAA Part 135 Air Taxi Regulations and OpSpecs issued as issued under the Part.

Airman Licensing is covered by US FAA Part 61.

Airmane Medical standards are covered by US FAA Part 61.
