I thought one of TUI's requirements was that you are not allowed to have completed these exams in the FAQ section.

In the FAQs on the website it states that those who have completed their ATPL ground exams can apply:

Yes, you may apply, however, we’re unable to credit any previous exam passes so these will be repeated as part of the course."
