I expect the ‘expansion’ probably refers to the ones already announced that are starting this summer - Ryanair, Jet2 and EasyJet all have new routes starting this summer. Hope to be proven wrong though. Hope there”s positive news soon regarding Saudi or Qatar, with the A380 coming back and Aegean returning it would round things off quite nicely.
