Last time I checked, a Decathlon doesn't come with air-conditioning.. so stuff the plane - the other performance aspect to consider is whether or not the
pilot can safely operate in those temperatures!!!

(In my early training shortly after first solo, I was so keen to get flying in Melbourne's changeable weather that I got one-eye focussed on doing circuits at YMMB one day without noticing the forecast 35°C temps. I completed one circuit and prompted landed and taxiied back to the flight school.)
