Pilot entry: "#1 engine lost during descent."
Mechanic's entry: "#1 engine found under left wing - maintenance ticket closed.".
I think it harks back to piston engine days and went:
Pilot entry: "Left engine missing"
Maintenance entry: "Engine found after short search"
