Any pilot with half a brain (most pilots) will realise pretty quickly it’s actually a $7500 bonus ,once you take tax and super out. So pretty much equivalent to a mainline pilot fortnight’s take home pay……..

Qantas group management are truly living in a state of altered consciousness if they think this will change anything.
As mentioned above the only thing that will attract pilots is more money (a lot) and better conditions.
