Ignoring my own opinions on p2f for this answer.

Some operators won’t consider p2f hours; obviously the bottom end ACMI ones don’t mind, but often they have their own p2f schemes and may have limited interest in a paid FO operating in a seat they can sell…

Without an EU passport May I ask what the point of an EASA licence and 500 hours on type?
