Is a difference between the troops telling (sorry whinging) management to fix the basics like no infrastructure, poor IT platforms, **** morale, no staff, expecting front line staff to carry the company when it’s burning down…to know it all pilots trying to run a balance sheet.
A well respected CP told me once….‘The day a pilot is running the show is the day you will be resigning’
