Yes of course but, the normal problem when exporting an aircraft is that of gaining a certificate for a one off flight where the annual or ARC has expired. The CAA will always inspect if so. How does a UK CAMO change things as the aircraft doesn't need to be flown from the UK. My thinking is that as you will need a Czech import C of A and also employ a Czech CAMO in order to register the aeroplane; the Czech organisation will surely deal with all the compliance issues from UK to the Czech requirements should there be a difference.
I have to admit though that I've only dealt with importing aircraft into the UK. There are no shortage of UK CAMOs throughout the UK as you will know. I wish you the best.
