It's a T-64. You can tell by the muzzle brake 2/3 down the barrel and the large space between the 1st and 2nd road wheels.
And confirmed by 3/16th rivets on the turret as opposed to the 4/16th rivets seen on the vertical stabiliser of the Su27....
