When you say you/you're, you mean them/they right?

Restricting the governor with a overly firm grip is an issue with tense students and low time pilots.
On some older machines the governor stepper motor gets tired and the (non-adjustable) friction clutch wears resulting in a "weak" governor that is easily overridden.
