there is no 'poaching' of crews from SIA by anyone.
they are all leaving as they are no longer constrained by any outstanding contracts.
at last the term 'free market economy' has become a reality for these guys and they are choosing better terms and conditions elsewhere.
hats off to them and welcome to a world where singaporeans will be known as 'expats' in the pilot world. quite a turnaround hey.
the govt has always preached to its citizens to adventure overseas etc etc and now another group are doing so.
bravo and long may they prosper not just monetarily but in character too.
