if you want to fly ,take flying lessons and see what it is like.flying needs lots of cash and dedication.
if you want to work on the ground you have to decide what area of the airline business suits you.
loadmasters are only found on cargo aircraft and getting in is very hard as not many cargo airlines about these days.
how about crewing ,ticketing ,operations,engineering,and a hoast of other jobs that make an airline operate.
read a few books on airlines and their operations to get a fair idea where you will fit in regards your skills and qualifications.
