There's no aerodynamic feel in Airbus.There are now many varients of 320 & 321. So during rotation and flare they will respond to stick inputs a little differently. Through a software Airbus has tried to keep their responses same to stick inputs.
I'm not really a fan of the changes airbus made to the air/ground transition in normal law when they introduced the NEO. If my understanding is right, they modelled it after the widebodies. The problem is that after flying the NEO for a week, going back to the CEO, I make NEO control inputs. It wasn't broken, so I'm not sure why they "fixed" it.
