Age limit for RAF pilot????
Hi guys,
I'm 23 years old and very very soon to be 24. I am currently a junior doctor with 6 months to go until I finish my house year. I have finally decided that medicine aint for me and I wanna fly something fast and noisy. I spent two years in the UAS as a pilot and passed all my pilot aptitude tests at Cranwell. I left the UAS as was unsure about my career plans at the time. Now that I have made the decision - is it too late? Given that if I apply now - by the time my application is sent off I will be 24 - just. I know the age limit is 23.5 but was wondering if anyone knows if they are willing to make exceptions or bend the rules slightly?????
Cheers,
Big Man
