Hi everyone! I have FAA CPL MEIR with 750+ hours. In the United States, even RATP requires 1000 total hours with 200 XC if you have an aviation degree. Should I apply for Cadet Pilot or it is better to wait until I get my RATP in the US to apply for Second Officer? If you have a green card or American citizen stay where you are. There is an unprecedented pilot shortage in the US, try to find a job where you can build hrs and as soon as you reach ATP mins the regionals will fight to take you.
However if you still want to join SIA then you already meet the min requirements. The bare min is 200hrs with CPL.
