Rick, I have an original copy of RAF Transport Command's Ferry Pilots Notes given to me many years ago by an RAF pilot who flew Liberators in the Far East and later was transferred to TC. I also have a 1996 reprint of the ATA notes. The Mustang entries for both are almost identical. All Mustang marks are covered up to and including the Mk IV, which was the P-51D, of course. If you let me know your email address via PM, I'll scan and send both pages. The Notes proved useful when Keenair at Liverpool acquired a Fairchild Argus but no Pilots Notes. I was happy to oblige and got myself a flight in it!
