The Envoy IV CC1capability is not due to be declared as "operational" until 2024, and there are only two of them to carry out all of 32 Sqn's current fixed wing tasking, which must be incredibly high right now. They are operating with mixed civilian/military crews until 2024, and I doubt that many RAF crews have been trained/qualified.

Nevertheless, to the uninitiated it might seem like a not very good look for the RAF. And, heaven knows, the RAF could do with some 'good looks' just now.
