Google Maps latest photo shows the two dry Docks in Oman to be filled with several oil tankers.....in questionable states of repair.
So it would appear that 23 Million UKP investment might sound good....but reality would suggest being able to get your prized aircraft carrier into one of them on very short notice would be about.....well.....Nil.
