I'm in a similar position to yourself, my only option has been self funded modular whilst working as many have done before.
If self funding and training modular isn't an option, the only way around the financial barrier would be a fully funded scheme (which are few and far between these days).
A big ATO in Jerez ran a scholarship recently an Irish carrier ran fully funded ATPL schemes annually prior to covid - with a strong chance these will return.
Otherwise your best bet is to research modular ATPL training and get cracking!
