When you initially claimed that it was the Captain, not the company. Now in your Jetstar story you are clearly blaming the company.
Additionally, who gave you licence to post “like it or leave” edicts? I personally would rather dislike it, as anyone would, and agitate to get the problems fixed. This was a very good airline when I joined-I'd be gratified to witness it being so again.
