For one of my renewals, I just put the month and year that I moved address as I couldn't recall the actual day of the month. I was told an actual date was required. Told them again I couldn't remember and was told just put the 1st of the month down. Asked what's the difference between an inaccurate date and no day of the month - they are both wrong, but no day is more truthful. Told that's how the system works
