Point taken KrissKross. Perhaps it was a poor illustration, but was there as just an example of the company's view (in practice) of F/Os.
I, for one, do not find it a healthy one, but that is afterall only my opinion.
Within the low cost sector, I think that the comment that those who leave Ryanair for easyJet return to Ryanair - but those who leave easyJet for Ryanair don't return, says it all.
Of course also the company policy of easyJet is that they will NOT return.
