Whether by accident or design I can’t say but they’ll want to be towards the top of the news cycle. There hasn’t been much room over the last few weeks because of Partygate, Ukraine, ‘Freedom Day’ etc. I know this because of something I’m involved in. A short lead-in shouldn’t be an issue. Ryanair have announced new routes for 5 weeks time.
Ryanair have an established marketing machine, huge funds to bankroll any loses and can offer very cheap lead in fares. Does Flybe2 have any of that?
