Hmm ... this, I should point out , is the politician who, as Foreign Secretary (subsequently sacked), on a visit to Portugal was unaware of our alliance, whose failure to stick to his brief added 5 years to Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe's sentence, among other idiocies of office, and who, you seem to believe, is capable of pausing his self-admiratrion for long enough to absorb a technical brief on areas of service in which he has
never been engaged !!
