Afaik they are looking now and deciding who to bring in for the bq. I would be surprised if people are already beyond BQ.
I received two weeks ago the email that I meet all the requirements and they will be deciding in the coming weeks who will be invited for the BQ. Still no date for my assessment and no idea yet how it proceeds after the BQ though...
