Totally agree with White Horse, I have just left Easy to preserve my health/family/life.
The fatiguing flying patterns and disruption there have been an ongoing issue for years, and that culture is now the norm. Oh yeh, sorry I forgot, they are addressing the issue as a matter of urgency, just as they were in Sept '99 when the new Ops Director arrived.
The new chief pilot will never,as a policy, have any NOW people back as they had the audacity to want to keep their health intact! He understands the problem though because his own wife went part time to preserve her sanity- must be nice to have the choice eh?How's the self rostering trial going?
