I am looking at getting at FAA ATP based on either my UK / EASA licenses and A320 rating.

I wanted to get up to speed on the ATP written before going on a ATP course. Can you anyone recommend the ATP exam prep GLEIM or Sheppard air?

Would anyone recommend Pan Am Miami for the ATP ground school course and A320 rating for someone already flying the type? Or perhaps another company that can offer the ATP and A320 course?
