Iīll echo to that! The low conditions offered by Flying Group in this particular case seems to have been aimed at just attracting a relatively inexperienced Captain (a beginner). Itīs been voiced that FG have been able to attract a very experienced pilot for this position, however with the offered conditions, I doubt the new hire will be retained for long - as the aviation industry picks up. Recruitment and retention - somebody will have to pay. The owner will only realize this as he gains experience having his shiny jet. FG fouled him.
