Totally this. Best tactic Is that no one in the office knows who you are or what you think about. Sneak in quietly, do the minimum you have to do then, sneak off home again. Don't depend on anyone managing risks for you. It all comes down to you and your crew on the day. If it's too much, look after yourself and call in sick.
