The
installation file at Garmin's website is a self-extracting archive. Extract it to a folder of your choice using e.g. Winrar, open that folder and run the
MAIN.msi file. It will ask for your permission - allow it to run. Wait a minute or two.
Flightbook should appear in your start menu. If you start it and the text looks a bit blurry, go to
C: \Garmin\Flightbook\, right-click
Flightbook.exe, select
Properties from the menu. In the window that opens, go to the
Compatibility tab and click
Change high DPI settings. Then put a tick in the
Override high DPI scaling behaviour checkbox and try different options (
Applcation, System, System (enhanced))from the menu immediately below it - pick the one you like.
