Just go to a Flying club (DTO) you can renew on the basis of a Prof Check however; if you want to fly Cessna and Piper etc you will need to get a Part FCL licence. Whilst you could fly non Part 21 aircraft on the old licence you would probably have to get that reissued to add the ELP.
