Casper ( AB) regards himself as an industry titan who can bully his airline to magnificence. The goat emblem reaches all over the world. The immaturity in how the airline handled this pandemic and the staff will be a case study for the future. I predict QR salaries will rise significantly when aviation recovers from this debacle - principally because new applicants will view the T&Cs as insulting.
