"Within 600ft Vertically."...isn't that the vert 'separation' for VFR vs IFR tracks in 'E'...... So, what makes this 'Separation' different....in terms of 'Safety' of course...?

(Yeah, different class of airspace is it? But....there's still 600 ft.....)
