Disagree. It requires the consent of the 27 Member States in order for EASA to recognise a UK CAA-issued licence - it is not EASA in isolation that makes these decisions. And why should they? There may well be an element of
schadenfreude at play amongst the EU27, which is entirely understandable, but for the UK to assume that it will automatically be granted licence recognition is more than a little naive. Welcome to the brave new world!
