Don't. It has been elaborated earlier but I'll confirm what's gonna happen: you'll receive a conditional letter of employment which will state that you'll be offered a place for a TR and a subsequent place in row 0 with SL after finishing your training.
Then either they will tell you that they don't need you for the forseable future (which they will, because the contract is conditional). Or they'll offer you the TR for a ridiculous amount of money and you'll not only sign a 0h contract and be sure not to fly for the next years because BAA is flooding that small airline with cadets like you. If you search a little you'll even find that BAA and SL are both owned by Avia solution group. And now ask yourself: who earns all your 120k€ plus 30kTR, whilst having dozens of cadets coming along?
