I suspect your problem won't be the fact that you have an Australian passport, but more about whether you have the appropriate visa to live and work full time in the country that the airline is based.
So, if you had the right to stay in the UK to live and work fulltime you could apply with any number of the airlines there. Same applies for ANA, JAL, Cathay Pacific etc.
You could try having a look at
www.cabincrew.staffcv.com for different airlines who are accepting applications for cabin crew.
