White Knight Do you not realise you are shooting yourself in the foot by continually suggesting that EK and the Sandbox are so marvellous??
By encouraging more and more to join EK your "Imagined the pay in EK will get better I am sure philosophy " will come to nought.
Supply and demand will affect your payscales being increased, not the desire of your Employer to pay more because he is a Philanthropist!!
I suggest you change tack and advise everyone that as EK have not given a payrise for 10 years then they should avoid EK like the plague!l
Then who knows perhaps your imaginations will come true.
