And isn't all this just absolutely wonderful to see. I have an aunt in her mid-90s, lives at the top of a steep hill, goes swimming several times a week and plays golf as much as she can fit into her program. She is about as fit as I was 20 years ago ...
Not too sure about jumping at an advanced age ... but only because of the increased risk of broken bones.
