one of my chums has got a job with emirates on big bucks as a 330 capt. He has been on the 330's for the last 9 years, retired from his own co. He is at the end of the day still only on contract as against a full time employee. It probably irks the current guys to see this raft of contractors coming in but thats the way the aviation game is continuing as against going.
