Somewhere (probably the OM-C) you will find a "temporary" permit to do so. Usually the airport authority will write a letter/email allowing a specific operator/specific type to use the runway/taxiways, even though the official documentation/charts are never updated. It's done on a per airline basis. It's a fudge often used by third world airports. As far as I'm aware ICAO seems to have no oversight and this is a loophole that an airport can use forever if the local CAA allows it. But happy to be corrected.
