Just so I understand you, you're from the UK and have a UK licence, but you want to convert it to an Irish one so you can work in Ireland? Do you think this well known Irish carrier (who likes to base people all over Europe) would hire someone who can potentially
only be based in Ireland or the UK? In this economic climate? Or do you have a second passport?
