I have just sat the assessment today, we joined a Microsoft team meeting and everyone had cameras to ensure it was actually you, (just the one person sitting the test), there is also an examiner online to explain instructions etc. The tests were identical to those you can buy on symbiotic's website, maybe slightly more difficult. The best prep for math and physics was cae oxford cbt. Overall not difficult or strict. Simply no calculator and work in peace from home. Hope this helps.
