I haven't read the full judgement, but the finding was, "The restrictions on employment in “any business in competition” with Ryanair and “in any capacity” are too wide". I'm not sure how that reflects badly on him?
It's well known those clauses are unenforceable. How specifically was easyJet materially mislead?
