Arrogant twit who I hope got the comeuppance he deserved. However, unless conflicting traffic prevented it he should have been given an appropriate clearance and his behaviour dealt with after landing. He would be prosecuted in the UK of course..
Gotta wait or go under... they'll clear you but you are not a priority for them, especially in congested airspace
Edited to add: Some Class Bravo's have uncontrolled flyways poking through them ..All you need is a transponder...for US class B it's best to read the Terminal Area Chart
