Illegal Termination
More than 200+ Captains on A320 as well as 100+ ATR Captains have been
Illegally terminated, forcefully given pay cuts and leave without pay serving
the notice period unable to leave on their rotational leave given by the airline
during the lockdown..
Worse is airline won't pay for the more expensive Repatriation Tickets
only available due to the lockdown even when contract states that
ticket would be furnished at the end of contract..
Indians are a massive lot in terms of population so don't be fooled into
thinking you will be given honor or respect when you join this Airline.
There are too many English speaking Pilots in India than in China which gives
You no room for self worth and preservation...
