Sadly ,regarding Rostering you approved the previous talks which were conducted early.
Therefore from this information I am afraid myself and others do not hold out much hope for your new talks.
I have asked repeatedly for your full proposal but to no avail!

The poor rostering and crewing within easyjet has been going on for years.
This must be sorted shortly!
1 Because what is presently in place is unacceptable to over 800 pilots within the company with further growth planned.
The company has a horredous sickness rate!
2 Long term easyjet cannot seriously be considered a career airline.{5/6 years at the most with the present system in place!}.
3 The above are points you may want to ask at your interview.
4 Do us all a favour and tell us the outcome.
