I have to agree with the last post as it pretty much sums up my thoughts and experience of the company.
I tried for the sponsorship scheme many (many) years ago but was turned down because I didn't have a driving license! It became obvious to me that you were really going to have to 'work' to get your 'free' ticket. I personally wasn't too impressed either with the idea of everyone calling me a "fugly". But each to their own. If it means you are getting a 'free' CPL/IR from them with some guarentee of employment afterwards then I think most people would want to bite their hand off.
For me, I have no regrets.
